Alpha Publication strives to deliver high-quality writing and publication services tailored to your requirements. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project. If a project is canceled before work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued. Once work has begun (such as writing, editing, or journal coordination), refunds are typically not available due to the time and effort already invested.
If you believe a refund is warranted due to a quality or delivery issue, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the deliverables. We will review your case promptly and communicate our decision transparently.
Please note that publication acceptance decisions rest with the journals and not Alpha Publication. While we make every effort to guide you towards suitable journals, we cannot guarantee acceptance; therefore, journal rejection alone does not qualify for a refund.
